Feathered Friends during February Vacation
Students will create a full scale, decorative bird sculpture in paper mache, oven baked clay, wood and wire. The bird will be set upon a wall mounted branch decorated with handmade leaves, ready for hanging. Creative and decorative interpretation will be encouraged.
Tuesday, February 18th & Wednesday, February 19th
Designed for kids grades 5-12A choice of mornings or afternoons
Morning session 8 am - 12 noon
Afternoon session 1 - 5pm
Each session is limited to 6 artists
Class cost is $45 for the two day session and all materials are included. Students will need a snack and pictures of their "inspiration bird" (ex. cardinal, robin, parrot, chickadee, bluebird, etc.)
